Our client is seeking outgoing individuals with exceptional customer service experience. Must have previous experience working in an high phone call environment. Previous call centre experience highly looked upon.

The main duties include:

  • Chatting to provisional clients about product and services
  • Distributing promotional materials to hostels across the city
  • Attending events with our partner companies and signing up potential customers
  • Researching and organising new promotional events 
  • Answering phones and directing enquiries
  • Welcoming customers to the office and assisting them with their documents

The ideal candidate:

  • will have experience in a similar role
  • Fluent English is essential and full training will be provided
  • ability to time management and multi task
  • work in a fast pace environment

Pay rate: 
Averaging 40 hour per week split between our head office based in Sydney and at our partner hostels around the city.

$20 – $25 per hour + Super
